10-Minute Ab & Thigh Workout
Fire up your abs and lower body with this high-energy workout from PS Fit instructor, Natalie White. You don't need any equipment, and there's plenty of opportunities to boost the intensity if you so desire. Expect challenging but relatively simple exercises like oblique crunches
, planks, and static split squats.
30-Minute Walking Workout
For a slightly longer workout, we love this low-impact walking fitness class led by "Bachelorette" alum, Tanner Courtad. It's still only 30-minutes long, easy to do at home, and doesn't require any equipment. If you're looking for a beginner-friendly way to get your steps in, this workout video is a great option. There's even a bonus standing core challenge and cool-down.
10-Minute Strength Workout
Another one from Tanner Courtad — this beginner workout video is designed to strengthen your entire body. For an extra challenge, feel free to add a pair of light or medium dumbbells — otherwise, all you need is your own bodyweight. You can anticipate a short but effective workout with exercises like overhead presses, tricep extensions, lunges
, bird dogs, and jack knives.
10-Minute Island Booty Burn
This fun workout is all about the glutes. Selena Watkins leads you through the high-energy but beginner-friendly programming, featuring squat jacks, jump squats, lunges, and glute bridges. Resistance bands are optional, but either way, it's safe to say you'll be feeling this one the next day.
30-Minute Bodyweight Booty Burner
There's no equipment necessary for this glute-focused workout video. That said, Mercedes Owens still includes some beginner-friendly modifications, so you can follow along at any fitness level. Maybe you opt for reverse lunges instead of more complicated curtsy lunges. Whatever you decide, this 30-minute workout will still get your heart rate up.
10-Minute Barre-Inspired Arm Workout
We're not saying this barre-inspired arm workout is easy, but it's definitely beginner-friendly. All you need is some space to move, and the mental capacity to get past several long arm pulses. It'll be a challenge, but this video is a great way to build upper body strength using only your bodyweight.
30-Minute Beginner's Floor Cardio
Rachel McClusky's floor workout is specifically designed for beginners. Come prepared to work your entire body without ever leaving the floor (we do recommend a mat for this one). There's also lots of modifications available, so you can choose to challenge yourself, or take it easy, depending on what your body needs.
30-Minute Dance Cardio
Who says cardio has to be boring? We love this beginner-friendly dance cardio class from Amanda LaCount (and you will too). In fact, you'll have so much fun learning all the different dance combos, you might not even notice your heart rate going up. Not to mention, all these moves feel super empowering to do full-out.
6-Minute Cooldown
Every good workout includes a nice cooldown. This is a great one for beginners, led by Jacquelyn Fisher and Joanna Huckins. Together, they'll help you stretch out your muscles, clear your mind, and relax your body after a tough workout.
