Rebecca Minkoff's Must Haves, From Daily Probiotics to Her New Book
Rebecca Minkoff is passionate about two things: fashion and entrepreneurship. The "Fearless" bestselling author created a space for her brand that was launched in 2005 on luxury shelves — and is determined to do the same for other female founders by making space for them in the market. In 2018, she cocreated the Female Founder Collective, which grew from 3,000 applications in the first week to a whopping 20,000 members in just five years.
What makes this collective different from the rest? It's a private membership community that offers webinars and one-on-one mentorship to help members find practical solutions. "We have boardrooms where we group a certain number of founders together to tackle a certain issue and topic or support them again with other experts in that arena," Minkoff explains. The Female Founder Collective also hosts pitch competitions and grant opportunities.
Entrepreneurship is not for the faint of heart, Minkoff points out. "You have to be in it for the long haul and weather the storms, because they do come," she says. "Don't start it unless you have enough grit and determination to fight it out." But if you have a product or an idea that truly excites you, Minkoff wants you to take the plunge. "You could be that next female-founded company that changes culture, society, your neighborhood, whatever it is; take that opportunity to not agree with what's going on, but disagree, and start on that path," she adds.
Beyond sharing her advice on entrepreneurship and fashion, Minkoff shares her personal favorite everyday products, along with her ideal day off, which she'd spend focusing on her children. "Their weekends are packed with sports and playdates, but if I could truly take the day off, I'd start by sleeping in and squeezing in a workout. Then, I'd spend the rest of the day doing whatever they wanted. There's nothing I love more than following my 2-year-old's lead and exploring the world through his eyes. Whether it's a bike ride, a trip to the playground, or visiting ducks and geese at the dock. My greatest joy is finding peace in the simplicity of those moments and how effortless happiness can be," she says.
Ahead, find out what tools Minkoff uses throughout her day to practice self-care and feel good.

Rebecca Minkoff's Wellness Must Have
"bio.me's Synbiotic ($32, originally $45) is a three-in-one solution with prebiotics, probiotics, and postbiotics to rebalance the gut microbiome, plus it boosts immunity within a few hours," Minkoff says. "I've been taking these capsules daily and they've been a game-changer. Never underestimate the power of gut health and its impact on your overall wellness."
Pro Tip: Minkoff combines the brand's Synbiotic with its Daily Prebiotic Fiber, which is a powder that comes in chocolate, chai, or unflavored. You can add a scoop to a smoothie, juice, or coffee to easily ingest seven grams of fiber per serving. "Their products make it so easy for me to support my digestion and balance my gut, helping me feel lighter, more energized, and ready to take on anything," Minkoff says.

Rebecca Minkoff's Affordable Must Have
Rebecca Minkoff's book, Fearless: The New Rules for Unlocking Creativity, Courage, and Success ($20), was released on February 4. It "talks about taking the driver's seat of your own life and career through focused and fearless business strategies," she says, continuing, "This project has been a labor of love, and I'm so excited to finally share it."
Minkoff notes that while she hasn't been prioritizing Fashion Week due to her book taking center stage, she always looks forward to seeing new designers' collections. "I am noticing positive shifts within the fashion industry. It feels like we're entering an exciting new chapter, full of possibility and change."

Rebecca Minkoff's Investment Must Have
"I recently added this beautiful bookcase to my home, and it's as functional as it is stylish," Minkoff says of the Castlery Posey Shelf ($999). It's fitting that she'd invest in such a gorgeous bookshelf since she's been focusing on her book launch first and foremost. This piece features elegant curved panels, round poles, and solid oak edges, and it comes with a one-year warranty and 14-day return policy.

Rebecca Minkoff's Morning Routine Must Have
As someone who has a drier skin type, Minkoff loves replenishing her skin with the In Your Face Skincare The Cream ($120). "It just gives you a glow without looking oily, and it's all-natural and vegan," she says, adding, "It's deeply hydrating and leaves my face feeling like it just got a spa treatment." Her skin-care routine is pretty simple, starting with a glycolic fruit enzyme cleanser a few times a week and a nourishing facial oil to lock in the moisture. This particular cream contains hydrating and antioxidant-rich ingredients like CoQ10, green tea, alpha lipoic acid, and ylang-ylang. The moisturizer has a velvety-rich texture that delivers a healthy, glowy finish. A little bit goes a long way.
Pro Tip: Minkoff also uses a Loftie Clock to gently ease her awake in the morning before starting her refresh routine. "This low-EMF alarm clock gently wakes me up and doubles as a white noise machine. It's been a game-changer for a more peaceful morning routine," she says.

Rebecca Minkoff's Fitness Must Have
The Spanx Booty Boost Active 5" Bike Shorts ($68) have a built-in lift with medium compression. The fabric is conveniently breathable and sweat-wicking, making them perfect for workouts. Minkoff deems them her favorite, noting, "The seams create a lifted, sculpted look, giving me confidence while keeping me comfortable." She's excited that people in her space seem to be more motivated than ever when it comes to fitness classes, self-care, and bio-hacking.
Pro Tip: "Over the last year, I've learned how important it is to prioritize health and wellness, which is something I was determined to commit to in 2024 and double down on in 2025," Minkoff says. "As part of that, I rolled out my 12-week workout program with Rift Fitness this January, and it's now available for you to purchase and follow here. This is the exact program I followed with my trainer, and it has truly transformed not just my body, but my strength, confidence, and overall happiness. It took dedication, patience, and hard work, but every bit of it was worth it."
