Simone Biles's, Taylor Swift's, and More NFL Game-Day Nails

By now, you've probably seen at least 1000 photos of Taylor Swift at a Kansas City Chiefs game on your social media feeds thanks to her romantic tenure with the team's tight end, Travis Kelce — and we're bound to see even more Swift-Chiefs mania with Super Bowl LIX upon us. While the singer may be single-handedly responsible for making football cool again with the masses (yeah, we said it), what we've really been focused on are her game-day ensembles. Of course, you'd be hard-pressed to miss her red lipstick and equally bright Kansas City Chiefs swag, but there's one tiny detail you might have missed: her bright red nails that effortlessly nail the Chiefs' signature hue. Perhaps, we'll see another team-inspired manicure from her at the Super Bowl.

Swift is far from the first supportive partner to rock game-day nails. NFL wives like Ciara have mastered the trend for years, and we have to admire their dedication. Simone Biles, a famous WAG herself, has sported manicures that show support for her husband, Jonathan Owens (currently of the Chicago Bears; formerly Green Bay Packers) — most notably, a mismatched set consisting of french and checkered designs, both in his former team's signature color (that's green, for non-football fans).

Game-day nails are equal parts thoughtful and aesthetically pleasing, as the aforementioned WAGs have proven, and with football's biggest night around the corner, we're even more inspired to get a sporty set (without being an NFL WAG). Simone Biles's Game-Day Nails

In February 2022, Simone Biles announced her engagement to the Jonathan Owen (of the Green Bay Packers, at the time), and the couple later legally married in April 2023 during a courthouse ceremony before jetsetting off to their beach destination wedding. In October of 2023, Biles shared an Instagram Story showing off a fun mismatched manicure in Packers green with the caption, "Forgot to post earlier so a little grown out but…."

Taylor Swift's Game-Day Nails

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce have been going strong ever since Kelce first attended one of Swift's Eras Tour concerts in July of 2023. Just two months later, Swift was spotted at a Kansas City Chiefs game and has been by the player's side ever since. Throughout their relationship, she's been seen at numerous games sporting variations of glittery red nail polish. She subsequently caused searches around the polish to skyrocket by 475 percent.

Ciara's Game-Day Nails

Ciara and her husband, NFL star Russell Wilson, have been married since 2016 and have three children. (The singer also has one child, Future Zahir, with her ex, rapper Future.) The singer frequently matches her manicures to her fun game-day outfits in support of her husband, who plays for the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Olivia Culpo's Game-Day Nails

Olivia Culpo is married to San Francisco 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey and can often be spotted cheering him on in the crowd. While the model goes all out with her outfits, dressing in red and white ensembles with the team's logo featured heavily, she's very understated with her beauty choices — and that goes for her nails, too. Hailee Steinfeld's Game-Day Nails

Since 2023, Hailee Steinfeld and Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen have been dating, and most recently got engaged last November. Though she doesn't post much from game days, Steinfeld has been seen at the team games wearing a fresh red manicure, one of the Bills's colors.
