Bozoma Saint John's Must Haves, From Her Premium Wigs to a Non-Dairy Creamer
For Bozoma Saint John, the past year has been all about change. She joined the cast of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills." She tried her hand at entrepreneurship with her hair company, Eve by Boz, after years in the corporate world. But the businesswoman and reality star has been making changes internally, too. At 48 years old, she says she's "in the best shape of my life," and while in the process of potentially expanding her family with her boyfriend, Keely Watson, she recently shared her experience undergoing surgery to remove multiple fibroids. Now, she's making a big change to her diet to continue taking control of her health.
In early January, she teased on Instagram that she was quitting "something that has been a big part of my life," which she now reveals is dairy. Saint John partnered with Violife, known for its 100 percent plant-based, non-dairy products, to help cut dairy out of her life. "I have known I've had a challenge with dairy for a long time, but I was in denial," she says. But instead of cutting milk or cheese "cold turkey," she preferred to "find the better way to do it," which meant finding products that would replace what she was already consuming. "I think that's probably part of my ethos as a person. I was like, 'How can I do it in a way that's going to be sustainable for the long term?'"
Throughout her professional career and brief stint thus far on "Housewives," Saint John has been refreshingly real, so you can trust when she says she's "never going to tell you something that I'm not doing myself." From her favorite non-dairy creamer to her travel essential, learn more about her must-have products ahead.

Bozoma Saint John's Affordable Must Have
Swapping out her dairy creamer for the Violife Supreme Sweet Cream Vanilla Coffee Creamer ($5) was the easiest switch for Saint John.
Pro Tip: While it's technically made for coffee, Saint John loves to add this rich, dairy-free creamer to her tea. As a "very snobby tea drinker," she says it's difficult to find a creamer that tastes good in both tea and coffee. "It kind of ends up tasting like chai — I love everything chai — so it's actually been a real great addition," she says.

Bozoma Saint John's Investment Must Have
To bring Eve by Boz — her new hair-care and wig line — to life, Saint John built her own factory in Ghana to manufacture the products, partnered with a woman chemist in LA, and incorporated ingredients from all over Africa. From the naming conventions of the products to the packaging, every aspect was designed with intention. "I was like, you know what? I'm going to do it myself. I'm just going to go ahead and build this empire, and who's going to stop me?" she says.
She'd argue every product is worth the purchase, but if you have to choose just one, she recommends any texture wig bundle in the 40-inch length, like Eve by Boz Lael's Curly Ringlets 40" Bundle ($325). (Each hair closure or wig comes in 22", 26", 30", 34", and 40" lengths and with a protective bonnet.)
"I know 40 inches seems like it's super long, and you have to really be about your business in order to wear it because it takes confidence to wear that long of hair," she says. "It's worth the investment because you can always go shorter. But if you buy it too short, you can't go longer — so why not just go long? We go big in everything that we do."

Bozoma Saint John's Morning Routine Must Have
Saint John says thanks to her Strong House Fitness Elite Membership ($199), her mornings at Strong House Fitness, the first Black-owned gym in Hollywood, CA, have changed her life. "I have woken up my body in a really purposeful way, and I feel strong and I feel accomplished," she says. "It's really made a difference for me." With her membership, the entrepreneur does "all kinds of stuff," from weightlifting to sprinting on the treadmill.

Bozoma Saint John's Nighttime Must Have
Because she is indeed a "glam girl," Saint John says prepping her skin for nighttime, which includes applying the Emer Skin Re-Fit Eye Anti-Aging Eye Cream ($115), is crucial. "I want to let the work happen at nighttime while I'm sleeping," she says. "Beauty sleep is not an accidental phrase. Let the eye cream do what it's supposed to do and make me look refreshed in the morning."
Pro Tip: The refreshing formula combines bio growth factors and peptides to enhance collagen production, reduce dark circles and puffiness, and tighten the skin around the eye. Saint John adds: "The eyes are the window to the soul, right? That's what they say. That's the old adage. And it is true. I feel like if my eyes, which are so expressive, look youthful and refreshed and bright, then when I talk to people, they'll be more engaged in what I'm saying."

Bozoma Saint John's Travel Must Have
As a Delta 2 million miler, Saint John knows a good travel bag is an absolute must have. Her go-to is the Silver & Riley Beverly Hills Carryall Duffle Leather Bag in Oxblood Burgundy ($1,195), which comes with a luggage sleeve, plenty of pockets in and outside of the bag, and metal feet to keep the leather off the ground.
When you're constantly moving from place to place, "the last thing you want is for your bag to break or for something to fall out of it," she says. "You want a good sturdy bag, but just because it's sturdy doesn't mean it has to be ugly. It can still be fashionable and beautiful."
